We're hiring an HR Executive to run day-to-day HR operations, hire great people, and help our team grow.

? Location: On-site, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (100% onsite)

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Experience: 1-3 years

What you'll do:

- Hire end to end: Understand hiring needs with department managers, write and publish job descriptions, source, screen, and schedule interviews.
- Onboard well: Handle documentation, joining formalities, and induction so current hires start strong.
- Keep records clean: Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Support employees: Answer HR queries and resolve concerns with care and confidentiality.
- Run HR processes: Help implement policies and track probation, confirmations, and performance.
- Build culture: Plan engagement activities and keep the workplace positive.
- Report and coordinate: Prepare HR reports and work with management on HR and admin needs.

What we are looking for:

✅ Must-haves

- 1-3 years in HR or recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, sourcing, and screening.
- Able to handle multiple positions and tasks at once.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Professional and confidential with employee information.

✅ Nice-to-haves
- Experience in IT recruitment or at a software company.
- Experience hiring developers, designers, or tech sales roles.
