Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and administering HR policies. This role involves supporting employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

The Human Resources

Executive will coordinate performance management processes, assist with recruitment activities, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.



Additional responsibilities include organizing employee engagement initiatives, supporting training and development programs, and preparing HR reports for management. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, including implementation, documentation, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle queries, resolve concerns, and support a collaborative workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR best practices, and experience in an IT or consulting environment is beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools and MS Office; familiarity with cloud-based business applications is a plus.
