Role Description The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating performance management activities, and supporting training and development initiatives.



The role also involves managing employee relations, addressing queries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Executive will collaborate with management to implement HR policies, support payroll inputs, and assist in HR reporting and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Cosderma Skin Clinic in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Ability to maintain accurate HR documentation and support payroll and compliance activities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare, or service-oriented environment is beneficial.
