Job SummaryAmba Multiprint is looking for an experienced HR qualified with hands-on experience in factory HR operations, labour law compliance, and shop-floor workforce management. Candidates must have practical experience handling workers in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day factory HR operations and shop-floor workforce.
- Handle workers, machine operators, helpers, contract labour, and employee grievances.
- Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, applicable Gujarat Factory Rules, and other relevant labour laws.
- Manage statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, minimum wages, overtime, and contract labour documentation.
- Maintain attendance, shift, leave, overtime, employee records, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and disciplinary matters.




- Support statutory inspections, compliance audits, employee welfare, and safety training.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and department heads for workforce requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in factory HR, preferably in manufacturing, printing, or packaging.
- Good knowledge of the Factories Act and applicable labour laws in Gujarat.
- Practical experience handling workers and working directly on the shop floor.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, PF, ESIC, payroll coordination, and contract labour management.
