Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Kochi. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR information systems, and coordination with various departments.

Executive will handle employee relations, address queries and concerns, support performance management cycles, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities also include supporting recruitment activities, organizing training and development initiatives, and contributing to employee engagement programs. The role requires close collaboration with management to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.




- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and maintaining a positive workplace climate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in an HR executive or similar role, preferably in the automotive or trading sector.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS tools; proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
