? Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HRBP Associate to support our HR Business Partner team across HR analytics, MIS reporting, executive presentations, employee engagement, and HR operations.

? Key Responsibilities

? HR Analytics & MIS

- Maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Support data analysis related to headcount, employee engagement, and HR metrics.

? Executive Presentations & Communication

- Create PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, business reviews, and town halls.
- Convert HR data into clear charts, presentations, and actionable summaries.
- Support HR communications and employee engagement campaigns.

? Employee Engagement & Culture

- Support employee engagement activities, cultural events, and team-building initiatives.
- Coordinate town halls, Rewards & Recognition programs,



and employee wellness activities.
- Assist with employee feedback and engagement action plans.

? HRBP Operations

- Support onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, and exit coordination.
- Assist HRBPs with employee queries related to HR policies and engagement initiatives.

? What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations, MIS, HRBP support, or a related area.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data visualization.
- Strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Exposure to HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or Workday is an advantage.
- Positive communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and interest in employee engagement and workplace culture.
