Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. This full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot involves administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, supporting performance management, and coordinating training and development initiatives.

The role also includes collaborating with management on workforce planning, assisting in payroll and benefits coordination, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core HR functions and support strategic people initiatives.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations to manage recruitment, onboarding, records, and day-to-day administrative processes.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Relations to handle grievances, foster a positive workplace culture, and support employee engagement.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding of HR Policies to ensure consistent application, legal compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; knowledge of Indian labor laws; proficiency with HRIS or HR software; strong communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in office.
