HR Resources is seeking a motivated Human Resource Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for a variety of positions within the organization. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and manage the full recruitment cycle.

The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for conducting interviews, screening candidates, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, solid attention to detail, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in human resources or recruiting is preferred.

- Screen and source potential candidates through various channels
