Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to meet the company’s needs.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates .Conduct job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for the role. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements. Manage job postings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company website.Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

- Manage recruitment process by posting job ads, conducting interviews, and hiring exceptional talent

- Maintain open communication with clients to understand their hiring needs and facilitate smooth coordination
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and build a strong team




- Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders on HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with management to create and implement HR initiatives that align with company goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews and manage employee development plans
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance the company's HR processes
- Monitor and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Act as a trusted partner to both employees and management
