Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for:

- CAD/CAM/CAE Trainers

- BIM Trainers
- Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Architecture Trainers
- Soft Skills & Aptitude Trainers

- Academic Counsellors
- Sales & Business Development Executives
- Administrative & Support Staff
- Draft and publish job descriptions on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, Apna, referrals, and Social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary packages and issue offer letters.
- Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding of new employees.

Employee Onboarding

- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Coordinate employee ID cards and access requirements.
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn,



Apna).
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Experience in the education, training, or EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
