We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure quality candidate closures and successful joinings.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, TimesJobs, Shine, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, and client requirements to candidates.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with client managers and HR teams.
- Share shortlisted profiles and collect interview feedback.
- Coordinate offers, salary discussions, and documentation.
- Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and MIS.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and share recruitment insights with the team.
