ROLE : HR Intern

TEAM : Human Resources

LOCATION : Onsite, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

WORKING DAYS : 5 days a week, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

EXPERIENCE : 6 months to 1 year (freshers with internship or project exposure welcome)

STIPEND INR : 15,000 per month

The role

This is a practical role across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HRMS, compliance, reporting, admin and employee engagement. You will do real work from week one and see exactly how it lands with the team. If you want to learn how HR actually runs inside a fast-moving tech company, this is the place.

What You'll Do

- Support recruitment and candidate screening




- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Manage onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave in HRMS
- Assist with monthly payroll and salary preparation
- Prepare HR reports and trackers using Excel
- Support PF, ESI and HR compliance activities
- Help implement HR policies and processes
- Organize employee engagement activities and events
- Assist with day-to-day HR & office administration.

What Were Looking For

- Graduate, preferably in HR
- 6 months1 year of HR experience; freshers with internship/project experience can apply
- Valuable English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HRMS, Excel, recruitment and payroll
- Basic understanding of PF, ESI and labour laws
- Organized, responsible and comfortable handling confidential information
- People-friendly attitude and willingness to learn
