Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

Location: Bangalore

CTC Range: Rs. 10 to 12 lpa

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

Partner with business leaders and operations teams to support organizational objectives.

Understand manpower and operational challenges and provide HR solutions.

Drive workforce planning and manpower optimization across locations in the south region.

Managing our outlets across Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai, travel mandatory across markets.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Work closely with the TA team for timely hiring closures.

Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

Monitor hiring quality and early-stage retention.

Employee Engagement & Retention

Drive employee engagement initiatives across regions/outlets in the south.

Conduct regular employee connects. Store visits across Bangalore on a daily basis is a must

Identify attrition trends and implement retention strategies.

Support leadership teams in improving employee morale and culture.

Performance Management

Support performance review and appraisal processes.





Guide managers on goal setting and performance improvement plans.

Track productivity and people performance metrics.

Employee Relations

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.

Conduct investigations and maintain proper documentation wherever required.

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Coordinate with payroll and HR operations for employee lifecycle management.

Knowledge of labour laws and HR practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational workplace

Preferred Qualification

Graduate with Post Graduation in HR with 3–6 years of HRBP experience

Experience in Retail, QSR, Hospitality, or Operations-driven industries preferred
