Job Summary

ZANA By The Ganges is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Cluster HR Executive to manage HR operations and support people management across the assigned hotel properties in Rishikesh.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel/hospitality HR, with hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the assigned hotel properties.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational and support-level positions.
- Coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements, recruitment, and staffing.
- Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, induction, and onboarding.
- Monitor attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and employee records.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams for monthly payroll and salary-related matters.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and HR activities at the property.
- Maintain updated personnel files, HR records, and HR MIS.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Support probation confirmation, transfers, promotions, disciplinary matters,



and separation formalities.
- Coordinate with the Corporate HR team and property management for smooth HR operations.
- Conduct regular HR rounds and maintain effective communication with employees.
- Support manpower planning and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the hospitality/hotel industry.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of hotel HR operations and recruitment.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to manage HR operations independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
- Candidates based in Rishikesh/Haridwar/Dehradun or nearby locations will be preferred.
