Parkyd Digital is a HubSpot Partner Agency, and we’re looking for an experienced HubSpot Specialist to join our growing team and lead HubSpot projects for our B2B clients.

Location: 100% Remote

Working Hours: Must be available to work during North American business hours

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of HubSpot engagements from strategy and setup through implementation, optimization, training, and ongoing support.

- Marketing, Sales & Service Automation
- Workflow Creation & Optimization
- HubSpot Integrations with third-party platforms
- CRM Cleanup, Deduplication & Data Organization
- Custom Properties & CRM Architecture
- Lead Routing, Lifecycle Stages & Lead Management
- Reporting, Dashboards & Attribution Setup
- HubSpot Forms, Lists & Segmentation
- Sales and Marketing Process Optimization
- User Training & Documentation
- Ongoing HubSpot Support & Optimization

Experience working with HubSpot CMS / website projects is an advantage, although we have dedicated developers to handle advanced website development.

What We’re Looking For





- Has hands-on experience managing complete HubSpot implementations
- Understands Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub and CRM architecture
- Can build complex workflows and automation independently
- Has solid experience with CRM migrations and data mapping
- Understands how to structure pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead statuses and properties
- Can troubleshoot and improve existing HubSpot portals
- Understands integrations and how different business systems should communicate with HubSpot
- Can build meaningful reports and dashboards for sales and marketing teams
- Can confidently conduct client onboarding, training and support sessions
- Can communicate directly with clients and translate business requirements into HubSpot solutions
- Is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple client projects

Experience: 3 years minimum, working with a HubSpot Partner Agency
