Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards across project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site inspections, safety training, risk management, audits, documentation and coordination with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with HSE policies, standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Prepare and implement Risk Assessments, JSA/JHA and Method Statements.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe working practices.
- Monitor PTW, LOTO, work-at-height, hot work and confined-space activities.
- Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and prepare reports.
- Conduct internal HSE audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE records,



inspection reports, training records and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, site teams and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and client HSE requirements.

Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in HSE, EHS, Safety or Industrial Safety.
- Valuable knowledge of HSE standards, regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, safety audits and incident investigation.
- Ability to conduct safety training and awareness programs.
- Excellent command of English for communication with clients, teams and stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, coordination and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach.
