HRIS Junior Support Analyst – Key Requirement Summary
We are looking for a junior-level Oracle HCM support resource to support HR data operations, reporting, and system troubleshooting.
Core Skills Required:
- Basic to good experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Working knowledge of:
- HDL / Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL)
- OTBI & BI Publisher (BIP)
- Understanding of HR data and HR processes
- Strong Excel & data handling skills
Positive to Have:
- Exposure to HCM Extracts / integrations
- Experience in ServiceNow or ticketing tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR data uploads and corrections
- Assist in HR reporting and dashboard creation
- Handle L2 support tickets and data issues
- Perform data validation and cleanup activities
- Support HRIS operations and ongoing maintenance
