Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring seamless HR operations.
- Oversee corporate HR functions such as performance appraisal, PMS, and employee advantages administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to HRSD (Human Resource Shared Services) and master data management.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including employees, managers, and external vendors for smooth execution of HR initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in an HR role in the pharmaceutical & life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
