In this context, we are recruiting an HRBP.

The HRBP will support a local scope of approximately 25 employees, covering HR administration,



HR process support, and the continuous improvement of HR management tools.

Main Responsibilities

›Manage HR administration processes (employment contracts, amendments, employee registrations, personnel files, etc.);

›Manage and monitor absences, leave, and working time through dedicated HR tools;

›Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees;

›Oversee payroll activities in coordination with external service providers and validate payroll variables;

›Act as the main HR point of contact for employees regarding payroll and HR administration matters;

›Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and tools to optimize administrative efficiency;

›Support various cross-functional HR projects (training, employee well-being, HR reporting, etc.).

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

›Minimum Master’s degree or equivalent qualification;

›Significant professional experience (more than 10 years) in international company.

Key Skills

›Strong proficiency in payroll, HR systems, and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel);

›Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently;

›Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills, trust, and kindness;

›Professional level of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
