Objective :
To contribute as an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist by leveraging expertise in end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, HR compliance, and employee engagement. Aiming to align HR strategies with business objectives, strengthen workforce management, ensure statutory compliance, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Job Title – HRBP Generalist
HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
Partner with business/function heads and managers on day-to-day people-related matters.
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies, concerns and workplace issues.
Support managers in handling performance, attendance, discipline and employee relations matters.
Understand employee and business needs and work with the AGM – HR to develop practical solutions.
Maintain qualified, transparent and constructive relationships across levels.
Recruitment & Workforce Management
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment across functions.
Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication and selection processes. Conduct initial HR discussions/interviews and support offer and negotiation processes.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Support hiring for corporate, sales, manufacturing and other business functions.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage and coordinate HR activities across the complete employee lifecycle.
Ensure accurate employee documentation, records and HRMS data.
Coordinate induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and separation processes.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend improvements to the AGM – HR.
Performance, Learning & Development
Coordinate the performance management and appraisal process.
Support implementation and tracking of KRAs/KPIs.
Work with managers to identify performance and capability gaps.
Coordinate training programs and maintain training and development records.
Support employee development and career-related initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
Conduct employee interactions and gather feedback on workplace concerns and employee experience.
Support initiatives aimed at strengthening organisational culture and employee connect.
Coordinate HR events and employee communication initiatives.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve employee experience.
HR MIS, Analytics & HRMS
Prepare periodic HR MIS and management reports.
Track key metrics such as headcount, attrition, recruitment, absenteeism and employee movement.
Maintain accurate HR data and ensure timely updates in the HRMS.
Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas requiring management attention.
Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review.
Policies, Compliance & HR Projects
Support the AGM – HR in developing, implementing and improving HR policies, SOPs and processes.
Assist in maintaining HR statutory and compliance-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants wherever required.
Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
Take ownership of special HR projects and initiatives assigned by the AGM – HR.
Contribute to HR process improvement, automation and organisational development initiatives.
Education :
Graduate with MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Experience
5–8 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist, HRBP or Business HR roles. Experience in a manufacturing / engineering / industrial organisation will be an advantage.
