We are seeking a remote HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs. The HR Recruiter will also manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to negotiating offers.

- Conduct phone screenings and interviews with potential candidates
