Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Mode: Work from Office / Cowork space / Remote (3 remote openings)

About the Role Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding requirements and sourcing to offer and closure
- Handle multiple open positions across different clients at the same time
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other relevant platforms
- Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and hiring managers
- Support business development by identifying and engaging new client opportunities

Required Experience & Skills

- 2–10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to closure
- Prior recruitment consultancy experience is mandatory. Candidates whose entire experience is in consultancy recruitment are also welcome.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions at the same time
- Hands-on with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other relevant platforms




- Good communication and coordination skills

Work Arrangement

We are open to different working options, depending on the candidate's profile and location:

1. Work from Office: Bengaluru (Ulsoor Road office) or any cowork space PAN India
2. Remote (3 openings): Remote candidates must have their own laptop, a reliable internet connection and a smartphone for work communication.

We will also consider candidates returning from a career or maternity break, as long as they have relevant recruitment experience and the required skills.
