Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and references.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Handle offer negotiation, documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
Industry Exposure: Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, EPC, FMCG, Engineering and other Non-IT sectors.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA-HR with 1 years of recruitment experience and valuable communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
