As the HR Recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the hiring needs of the company. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Your duties will include posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers with potential candidates.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and continuously improving recruitment processes.
