Job Summary

We are looking for an Inside Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Oil & Gas and Manufacturing industry requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining regular communication with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Screen candidates through telephonic discussions and assess their experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS reports.
- Coordinate for offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.




- Handle multiple positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Preferred Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment / staffing / consultancy.
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Projects, and Technical profiles will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and WorkIndia.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
