- Identifying the candidate's knowledge over the skill set required, ensuring availability and willingness to take up the job.
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
- Responsible for identifying, posting, sourcing, and screening experienced professionals
- Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
- Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency.
- Performing end to end recruitment process.
- Creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep active database ready for client requirements.
- Ensuring that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Performing reference and background checks.
Skills:
- Domestic Recruiter with full life-cycle Recruitment is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience on Job Portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster preferred.
- Follow up with candidates till joining date and coordinate with the candidates until they get settled in company
