HR Recruiter – Work From Home

Position: HR Recruiter

Work Mode: Work From Home

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team on a work-from-home, performance-based commission model.

The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and ensuring successful joining and retention.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure selected candidates complete the joining process.
- Track candidate joining and retention status.
- Maintain proper records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Work towards achieving successful candidate joinings.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.




- Should be comfortable making calls and following up with candidates.
- Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome.
- Experienced HR Recruiters are also welcome to apply.
- Fluency in English , Kannada and Hindi
- Candidates should be self-motivated and target-oriented.

Compensation & Commission Structure

This is a performance-based commission opportunity with no fixed monthly salary.

- Premium Requirements: ₹2,000 per successful joining
- Non-Premium Requirements: ₹1,000 per successful joining
- If there are no successful qualifying joinings during the entire month, no payment will be made for that month.
- A candidate must remain actively employed for a minimum of 30 days for the joining to qualify for commission.
- Commission payment will be processed after the candidate completes 30 active days and once TRAEK INFO INDIA SERVICES receives the corresponding payment from the respective client.
- Only successful and qualifying joinings will be considered for commission payment.
