About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Recruiter / HR Executive to join our team in Noida. The primary responsibility of this role will be end-to-end recruitment and hiring, along with supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.

Recruitment & Hiring – Primary Responsibility

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, profiles, and timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.

HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.




- Assist with attendance, leave, and other routine HR-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably with significant exposure to end-to-end hiring.

Preferred

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.
