Key Responsibilities

• Search candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.

- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Understand job requirements and match suitable candidates with open positions.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within deadlines.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of AI, LLM, or technical recruitment is preferred.




- Ability to identify and engage relevant candidates.
- Strong sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Freshers with a solid interest in recruitment are welcome.
