Experience: 0–3 Years

Location: Nashik Road

Job Responsibilities :

- Understand client requirements and job profiles.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Follow up with candidates until selection and joining.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

- Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets.

- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements :

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

- Previous recruitment/consultancy experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
