Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 3-5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently across various domains including security, housekeeping, healthcare support, and administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
2. Source candidates through various platforms including job portals, professional networks, and internal databases
3. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture
4. Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and hiring managers
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment reports
6. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and provide a seamless candidate experience
8. Assist in onboarding formalities and initial employee engagement activities

Required Skills & Competencies:

1. Sound knowledge of recruitment tools, methods, and best practices
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Knowledge of HR systems, Frappe HR or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy)
3. Exposure to recruitment in service-based industries such as security, facility management, healthcare staffing, or government contracts will be preferred
