As an HR Recruiter at Liker Apparels, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events

- Screen and interview potential candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and goals




- Coordinate with team members to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
- Manage the job offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
- Update job descriptions and job requirements as needed
- Assist with onboarding recent hires and coordinating orientation programs
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
