Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR Recruiter with robust experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly across Real Estate Sales and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer and joining.
- Handle high-volume hiring for Real Estate Sales / Frontline Sales / Channel Sales roles.
- Recruit across Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Leasing, Interior Design, and Corporate functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial HR discussions, coordinate interviews and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.




- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, joining follow-ups and candidate engagement.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and track TAT, sourcing funnel, closures and offer-to-join ratio.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring business requirements.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in Real Estate Sales hiring or high-volume sales recruitment.
- Experience hiring across corporate functions such as Marketing, Finance, Commercial/Leasing and Interior Design.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and closures simultaneously.
- Agency recruitment experience will be an advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
