Job Role: HR Recruiter(Non-IT )

Location: Chandigarh

Work Mode: Onsite

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various Non-IT functions and industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews.
- Handle hiring for Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, HR, Operations,Admin, and other Non-IT positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure regular follow-ups until joining.




- Understand client requirements and deliver relevant profiles within timelines.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate closures.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of sourcing and candidate screening.
- Experience handling volume and/or lateral hiring will be an advantage.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in agency recruitment/staffing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
