We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Officer / Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will support daily HR operations, manage end-to-end recruitment, facilitate employee onboarding, and foster a positive, productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment &
- Talent Acquisition:

- Post job vacancies on various job boards and career portals.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interview screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

- Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-employment checks.

- Onboarding &

- Employee Experience:

- Facilitate smooth orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.

- Ensure all required employee paperwork and documentation are complete and filed.

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace culture.

- HR Administration &

- Compliance:

- Maintain and update accurate employee records in the HR database.

- Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management for payroll processing.





- Ensure company operations comply with local labor laws and internal workplace standards.

- Employee Engagement &

- Performance Support:

- Help plan internal team-building events, initiatives, and employee recognition programs.

- Support management in coordinate performance reviews and evaluation processes.

Qualifications &

- Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR assistant, generalist, or administrative role.

- Key Skills:

- Solid knowledge of general HR processes and employment standards.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and exposure to Applicant Track

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
