Junior HR Recruiter – Kashipur
Location: Kashipur, Uttarakhand
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to joining.
- Maintain candidate records and follow up with applicants.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Any graduate can apply
- Freshers are welcome; relevant recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic recruitment tools.
