Support campus recruitment drives, job fairs, employer branding initiatives, and facilitate new/-hire onboarding processes Required Skills/: Hands/-on experience with end/-to/-end talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interview techniques. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems /(ATS/) and recruitment portals /(Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter/). Solid negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills /(both verbal and written/).

Ability to multitask, manage multiple open requisitions concurrently, and thrive in target/-driven environments. Excellent candidate assessment abilities, relationship/-building skills, and high ethical standards regarding data privacy.
