As an HR Recruiter & HR Associate at Amazon, you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment process from initial candidate screening to successful onboarding. - Identify and recruit top talent for various departments within Amazon

- Conduct phone screens and coordinate onsite interviews for potential candidates




- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize ATS system to track applicant progress and manage candidate pipeline
- Assist with onboarding and orientation process for new hires
- Build relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruiting resources to attract candidates
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees on various HR related matters
- Assist with performance management processes and employee relations issues
- Partner with HR team members on special projects and initiatives
- Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance.
