HR RECRUITER 1. Design and implement job descriptions in accordance with management guidelines. 2 Write and post job descriptions, actively engaging with prospective candidates across various hiring and social media portals.

- Screen resumes, shortlist potential candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Handle salary negotiations and manage the completion of the entire recruitment process.
- Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in workforce hiring for projects.

Minimum Qualification: Any bachelor's degree.
