HR RECRUITER JOB DESCRIPTION

Role : HR Recruiter

Department : Recruitment & Hiring

Salary : 13000-16000

Internship period - 60 days

60 days 13-16 package,After 60 days 18000+ incentives

Shift timing : 10.00am-5.00pm

Laptop mandatory

Training timing : 10.00am-3.00pm

Saturday and Sunday week off

Pursuing and freshers can apply 2023-2025

If students are on going college they can take part time 10-3 Shift or 4-8 or 5-9

- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and skilled platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms




- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Monitor key HR Metrics, including time-to-fill, hire and source of hire
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
