Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and transformation roadmaps for our offshore team. This role designs and governs scalable, secure, future-ready technology architecture aligned with business goals — spanning applications, infrastructure, data, and integration — while working closely with onshore, offshore, and global stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, aligning technology strategy with business objectivesDevelop target-state architectures and technology transformation roadmapsDesign end-to-end solution architectures spanning applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and securityEstablish architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance frameworks across the organizationDrive cloud, digital, and technology transformation initiatives, including modernization and migration programsCollaborate with business, engineering, security, and onshore/offshore delivery teams to ensure architectural consistencyEvaluate emerging and existing technologies, recommending scalable, cost-effective, and secure solutions (cloud, microservices, APIs, AI/ML, etc.)Conduct architecture reviews and provide architectural guidance across major programs and projectsCreate and maintain architecture documentation, including reference architectures, roadmaps, and technical blueprintsTranslate business requirements into technical solutions with business analysts, project managers, DevOps,



and security teamsIdentify risks, technical debt, and architectural gaps, proposing remediation strategiesMentor solution architects and senior developers on architectural best practicesEnsure smooth collaboration across time zones with onshore/global stakeholdersRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field15+ years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years in an Enterprise/Solution Architect roleStrong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar)Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid/multi-cloud architecturesStrong understanding of microservices, API management, and integration patterns (ESB, event-driven architecture)Experience with application modernization, legacy system transformation, and cloud migration strategiesKnowledge of data architecture, security architecture, and DevOps/CI-CD practicesFamiliarity with enterprise architecture tools (e.G., ArchiMate, Sparx EA, LeanIX, or similar)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience in offshore/onshore/distributed delivery modelsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsTOGAF certification (highly preferred)Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, GCP Skilled Architect)Experience in specific industry domains Exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, or IoT architecture is a plus
