Responsibilities and Duties:

- Understand the functions and recruitment standards for various departmental roles.

- Gather monthly recruitment needs from each department.

- Expand recruitment channels, publish job postings, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and meet recruitment targets.

- Manage HR processes, including employee exit interviews and separation procedures.

- Oversee attendance management.

- Generate daily HR reports.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in IT recruitment and HR practices.

- Knowledgeable about internet and computer usage.

- Master’s degree in HR or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or HR; freshers are welcome to apply.

- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with social media, MS Office, and other relevant tools.

- Empathy and patience in handling recruitment processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
