Location: Noida

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Handle joining and onboarding coordination.
- Achieve recruitment targets and close positions within the required timeline.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in HR/Recruitment.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
- Good candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
