HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Recruiter to support our recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and recruitment updates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with offer and joining-related coordination.




- Maintain regular recruitment reports and status updates.

Requirements

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR activities.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
