Roles and Responsibilities

- Handling end to end recruitment cycle.
- Sourcing appropriate profiles from different channels of sourcing.
- Screening and aligning candidates and handling the process till closure and onboarding.
- Fulfilling targets given by stakeholders within given timeline.

Person Specification

· Bachelors Degree in any subject

· A minimum of 1-2 yrs working experience in TA

· Valuable negotiation skills and excellent communication.

· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

· Ready for Work from Office in Gurgaon Location.
