We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HCM team. Key Responsibilities

● Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.

● Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements and organizational needs.

● Conduct candidate outreach, cold calling, follow-ups, and regular engagement to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.

● Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and other channels.

● Leverage professional networks and social media platforms to identify relevant candidates. ● Maintain an updated candidate database, ensuring resumes, skills,



screening details, assessment scores, interview feedback, and other relevant information are accurately documented.

● Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.

● Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

● Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment drives, job fairs, campus hiring, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

● Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring and sourcing records.

● Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 2+ years of overall work experience, preferably in Non-IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role.

● Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, cold calling, and recruitment coordination.

● Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, JobHai, Apna, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

● Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.

● Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

● Experience in Non-IT / Sales / Real Estate recruitment will be an added advantage.

● Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.

● Ability to build and maintain a strong candidate network.

● Proficiency in maintaining recruitment databases and trackers.

● Proactive approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
