Key Responsibilities/Duties:

- Reach out to candidates in the existing database and explore new avenues for talent acquisition.
Explaining Job Opportunities:
- Provide detailed and compelling information about job openings, including responsibilities, qualifications, advantages, and other pertinent details.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the position and the client company.
- Maintaining Candidate Database: Keep detailed records of candidate information, including contact details, qualifications, experience,
and feedback from interviews.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future reference and proactive recruitment.
