About the Internship

Skillzenloop is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Operations Intern who wants to gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

This opportunity is suitable for freshers, students, recent graduates, and candidates looking to begin their career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with candidate sourcing across relevant platforms.
- Review applications and help organize candidate information.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
- Support onboarding and documentation activities.
- Prepare basic HR reports and status updates.
- Assist with employee communication and routine HR coordination.
- Help maintain organized digital records and spreadsheets.
- Follow up on recruitment-related activities when required.
- Support the HR team with ongoing people and administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

- Interest in Human Resources and people operations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online tools.
- Organized approach to handling information.




- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is helpful.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
