Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee coordination.

- Recruit and manage retail staff across our photobooth locations.

- Train employees and conduct regular field visits to ensure SOPs and service standards are followed.

- Act as the primary point of contact for retail staff and resolve day-to-day employee concerns.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of our photobooth retail spaces.

- Monitor staff performance, discipline, grooming, customer service, and sales.

- Coordinate with mall management and handle operational requirements at locations.

- Identify operational issues and take ownership of getting them resolved.

- Build systems and processes to improve retail and employee performance.

- Lead the team, take independent decisions, and ensure smooth overall operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
