Role Description The HR Manager will oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions for VISTAR University’s on-site campus in Warangal. This full-time role includes leading recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support performance management cycles, and coordinate training and development initiatives for faculty and staff.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and institutional regulations, administering compensation and benefits, and partnering with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development.



The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to foster a positive, inclusive work culture and address HR-related issues in a timely and confidential manner.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in HR policy development, HR documentation, and compliance with labor laws and institutional regulations.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, basic data analysis, and use of productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or similar).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly and make sound, evidence-based decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an educational or academic environment is beneficial, but solid HR leadership experience in other sectors will also be considered.
- Capacity to work on-site in Warangal, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a culture of inclusion, fairness, and continuous improvement.
